HOUSE RULES

CHECK - IN CHECK - OUT

The rooms are available from 2.00 PM onwards. On the day
of your departure please vacate the room by 11.00 AM.

MEAL HOURS

Breakfast 7:00 - 10:00
Lunch 12:00 - 14:00
Dinner 19:00 - 21:00

CANCELLING MEALS

If you wish to cancel a meal, please notify the reception by 8 p.m. on the previous day. The breakfast is included in the price of the room and need not be cancelled.

FOOD

If you want room service, please call reception on extension 9.
If you want dietary meals, please call reception on extension 9.
You can order Lunch packet in advance, call reception
on extension 9.

WAKE UP CALL

You can order it at the reception on extension 9.

REST HOURS

We guarantee our guests nightly rest from 10.00 PM to
06.00 AM. Please behave accordingly.

CASH AND VALUABLES

We recommend storing any valuables in the safe, which can be
found in your room. Usage of the safe is free of charge.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

For laundry and ironing please call reception on extension 9.

PROPERTY DAMAGE

Should a guest cause damage to hotel property, he will be charged for it.

DEPARTURE

Rooms not vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure will be charged for 50% of the price until 6.00 p.m. and after 6.00 p. m. full price. If you wish to extend your stay, please notify the reception one day in advance. The hotel reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the total amount for all booked but not used services.

The bus stop for lines traveling to Rijeka is on the street above the Grand hotel Adriatic.
The bus stop for lines to Ičići, Lovran and Mošćenička Draga is 20 m to the right of the hotel entrance.

KEYS
On your arrival to the hotel you will recive the room key. When leaving the hotel, please be sure to leave at the reception. In the event of damage or loss of the key, it will be charged to you.

A petrol station can be found in the centre of Opatija near the Slatina beach, approx 300m away from Villa Dubrava.

There are several pharmacies in Opatija. The closest pharmacy can be found on Slatina
(hotel Palace-Bellevue), approx, 300m away from the hotel.

POST OFFICE
The Post Office is located in center of Opatija 1,5 km away from the Villa Dubrava.
