ARRIVAL
We strongly advise coming 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment to prepare for the beauty treatment. We may have to shorten your treatment or postpone it if you are late.
Please do not bring any valuables with you.
To fully enjoy the benefits of the treatment, feel free to convey your wishes to the therapist (music volume, massage intensity, conversation or silence during the treatment). We are here to provide the best possible experience.
BOOKING
We advise you to book the treatments to secure the desired appointment. When making a reservation, please leave the contact number. Also, when booking the treatment, mention any problem (medical, etc.) or wish regarding the treatment (desired therapist, gender of the therapist, etc.).
CANCELLATION
Please avoid cancelling the appointment. However, if cancellation is unavoidable, please do so in advance (24 h).
PAYMENT
The services are paid at the end of the treatment (in cash - HRK or by credit card). Tips are not included in the price. Regarding tipping etiquette, the tips are given to the hands of the employee you would like to reward.
TELEPHONE CALLING
We advise you to leave your phone at home, silence it completely, or turn it off so that it does not disturb you and other visitors in their relaxation.
GIFTS
If you want to give your loved ones something unforgettable, provide them with wellness services as a beautifully designed gift voucher. You can also buy cosmetic products we use for home care at the reception.

Do not leave the water running and the lights on.
Use plastic cups economically and, like other waste, put them in trash bins.
Wellness experience includes taking care of the environment.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR SAUNA
Get to know the house rules in the Spa Relax Zone.
Take a shower before the sauna and every time you enter the Jacuzzi.
Take enough time to enjoy the sauna (at least two hours) fully.
SPA RELAX ZONE is swimwear free. Remove all clothing and jewellery, put on a robe and take a towel. It is recommended to wear plastic slippers, but be sure to take them off before entering the saunas.
Wash your face, shower thoroughly, and wipe (this will allow proper sweating). If your feet are cold, wash them with hot water. It is recommended to first use saunas with a lower temperature and lower benches in saunas (Laconium).
When visiting the sauna for the first time, do not stay longer than 10 minutes. When entering the saunas, close the door quickly to prevent the entry of cold air and then sit or lie down on a towel.
In the Turkish sauna, it is recommended to wash the sitting area with water. Then, before going out, spend two minutes sitting (in this way, the body establishes normal blood pressure).
After leaving the sauna, it is recommended to wash off the sweat with lukewarm water (without shampoo and soap) and only then with cold water. The head must cool down gradually.
Rest for about 20 minutes, and repeat the sauna as often as you like.
Finish the sauna session with a lower-temperature sauna. Finally, relax in the Jacuzzi (take a shower immediately before the Jacuzzi for hygiene reasons).
While resting, drink water, juice or tea. Eat fruit to normalize the body's level of calcium. To compensate for the loss of magnesium, consume green vegetables. Eat something salty later.
Before leaving the Spa Relax Zone, cool down to the point where you no longer sweat.
At the end of using the sauna, the skin is ideally prepared for massages, cosmetic treatments or the solarium.

Diseases of the heart and venous vessels and conditions after a heart attack,
In case of weak blood circulation and high blood pressure,
Diseases that cause weight loss (tuberculosis, cancer),
Acute diseases (infectious, significantly increased sedimentation, fever, inflammation, e.g. flu, rheumatic pains)
Diseases with seizures (seizures, convulsions)
Special rules apply to varicose veins: Keep your legs high in saunas, and after exiting, move slowly, do not sit or stand.
DO NOT ENTER THE SAUNA IF YOU HAVE CONSUMED ALCOHOL!
