Invasive cardiology 'Angiography room'

We follow and set the trends of modern interventional cardiology by constantly investing in equipment, therapeutic tools, diagnostic devices and, above all – the education of professional medical personnel.

The Laboratory was founded in 2017, and in 2020 it was equipped with a new, multipurpose angiology apparatus with the most modern technological capabilities.

The medical team of three doctors, four instrument technicians and three radiology engineers perform invasive cardiology diagnostic procedures ( heart catheterization and coronary angiography). The team also performs invasive cardiology treatment procedures ( percutaneous coronary intervention - PCI, rotablation or rotary atherectomy, shockwave or intravascular lithotripsy, Ivus or intravascular ultrasound and FFR/IFR measurement) and the Cardiac Electrostimulation Program (implantation of a cardiac pacemaker - Pacemaker, devices for heart synchronization - CRT devices, cardioverter defibrillator - ICD electro stimulator of the heart).

In the first five years of the Laboratory's operation, about 3,500 patients were treated, 3,000 coronary angiograms and about 1,200 PCIs were performed, or a total of about 4,300 procedures.
